Background Information
This law office was initially started with Richard G. Clark. His son, Thomas R. Clark, joined the practice in 1975. Tom practiced in Grove City serving the needs of the residents in Grove City and surrounding areas until he retired at the end of 2016.
New Generation
Attorney Kacie D. Waugh interned with the practice during college, and joined the Clark & Waugh, LLP partnership in 2014. After Tom retired in 2016, Kacie continued the practice by forming Waugh Law, LLC. Waugh Law is a General Practice law firm, and we can help our clients with a wide variety of legal issues. Our clients receive our personal attention, and we work closely with our clients as well as other professionals to meet all of our clients needs.
