Kacie was born and raised in Grove City, Ohio (formerly a "Roach") and currently lives in Grove City with her husband and four children, Jackson, Owen, Dylan, and Millie. After graduating from Grove City High School in 2006, Kacie went on to undergraduate study at The Ohio State University's Fisher College of Business. She graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business and a specialization in real estate in 2010. Kacie then went on to law school at Capital University where she received her Juris Doctor degree, summa cum laude, in 2013 with Pro Bono Recognition. While at Capital University Law School, Kacie was a Staff Member and Articles Editor with the Capital University Law Review.


Kacie was admitted to the Ohio Bar in November 2013. She is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association including the Solo, Small Firms & General Practice as well as the Estate Planning, Trust & Probate Law Sections. Kacie is also a member of the Columbus Bar Association. Locally, Kacie is a Trustee for the South Western City Schools Educational Foundation and was part of the Steering Committee for Grove City 2050.

Thomas R. Clark, Retired Partner

Tom was raised in Grove City and attended Grove City High School. After graduating, he went on to undergraduate study at Miami University in Oxford, Ohio where he graduated in 1972. He then went on to law school at Capital University Law School where he received his Juris Doctor degree in 1975. 


Tom went on to take the July 1975 Bar Exam and was admitted into the Ohio Bar in November 1975. After being admitted, he began practicing in his father's office in Grove City where he practiced for his entire career. During this time, Tom also worked as the city attorney for the City of Grove City for 17 years until 2006. 


Tom retired at the end of 2016 so that he could spend more time golfing, playing cards, and enjoying his grandchildren. He spends part of the year in Naples, Florida with his wife, Karen.
